1. Preparation: Apply as the final step of your morning skincare routine, after moisturiser.
2. Application: Use a generous amount (approximately two finger lengths) and spread evenly over the face and neck.
3. Timing: Apply 20–30 minutes before sun exposure to allow the organic UV blockers to activate.
4. Reapplication: Reapply every 2–3 hours during direct sun exposure for continuous protection.
